Tournament Rules and Notes:
- I will be using Mantis for pairings.
- This tournament is exclusively to YugiohForums/MidnightTCG Forums members.
- This tournament will be played under the March 2013 Ban List Format
- Matches will be played on Dueling Network.
- Each round will last 4 days which is plenty of time. I will not extend the round unless something happens to DN or Super Storm that will affect many entrants in this tournament.
- Tournament will be 5 Rounds of Swiss with a Top 8 Playoff cut.
- If you do not intend on being active please let me know in a PM so we can drop you or give your opponent the win. I want to keep the tournament running quickly and smoothly.
- If you are inactive for 2 straight rounds you will be dropped from the tournament.
- Each match will be best of 3 games (you must win 2 of 3 games)
- DN disconnects at times and we can't do anything to stop that. If you timeout/lose connection you will get a game loss (unless you both disconnected then that game will restart. Please screenshot all errors/disconnects.)
- If you do not use Aim, use the PM SYSTEM on here. You can use this as your evidence of activity if your opponent doesn't contact you and you showed you've contacted them.
- If you have a schedule, please let your opponent know what times you are available so you can work something out. Communication is key!
- If your opponent and yourself cannot find time to play each other or somehow don't contact each other to play i will be flipping a coin on DN, screenshot it and post it here to determine a winner.
- If you use OCG cards, you will be dropped from the tournament.
- If you are inactive for 2 straight rounds you will be dropped from the tournament.
- Be nice to each other. If there is constant harassment, screenshot it, send it to me and I will determine if I should disqualify that person from the tournament.
- There will not be any round extensions. I want this tournament to be fast, swift and not become dead.
- PLEASE CONTACT YOUR OPPONENT AND LET THEM KNOW WHAT TIMES YOU CAN GET ON TO PLAY
- Please report your lose or win in this thread.
Example: "i beat _____ 2-0" "i lost to _______ 1-2"
- Rules are subject to change by me.
Feature Matches/Interviews:
- I will try to get a Feature Match for each round, i can't say i can but i will try.
- If you see Alesso or Firion online you can request to be in a Feature Match.
- I can do more than 1 Feature Match per round.
- I will be doing Interviews for the 1st and 2nd place winners of this tournament.
